Mission Statement

My mission is to help home owners who are in a distressed situation and need help to get out of the stressful situation they are in. My goal is to create a win-win situation for all parties involved. We care about our client's needs and focus on meeting their needs and helping them to move on with their lives in a favorable manner.

When a passion for real estate is combined with talented individuals who have an uncompromising drive to succeed, amazing things will happen. At Help You Properties, LLC, it’s my goal to not only have a positive effect on myself and my family - but also to inspire, motivate and create lasting change in everyone I encounter. I will treat my clients, partners and team members with respect at all times; bringing a genuine enthusiasm for real estate, and possessing a natural instinct to help people. Our Approach

First we will do an analysis of your property over the phone then we will set an appointment to take a look at your home in person. We are most concerned upon our first meeting in getting to know your needs and motivation for wanting or needing to sell your home.  Getting to know you and what you are all about is our first desire.

After your home is evaluated, we will come back to our office and do a more thorough analysis of your property and if we feel it's a good fit then we will move forward with an offer within 48 hours of our meeting. There are no obligations to the offer we make, however a lot of people prefer selling their home in this manner.
